February 11th: Black History Month – West African Dance

CRCEC Workshop Series on Fridays at 6:30 p.m. -This class embodies the rich and diverse dance traditions of the Ivory Coast. With over 60 different ethnic traditions, the variety of steps and rhythms taught is complex, exciting and vigorous. Class ends with a Bantaba circle where participants can dance solos and show their favorite moves.

All workshops are open Level, kid and adult friendly. No dance experience necessary. Come Jump up, wave, whine and celebrate Black History Month with us through, dancing, singing and drumming. Bring Your Flags!!!!!
