Exercise /Dance/Activity ClassesClasses are conducted as group fitness classes to engage participants in physical  activity and wellness activities to decrease stress and improve wellness, mental health and lifestyle management. See Events calendar for current classes

Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP)This program is for individuals of any age that may be at risk for Type 2 diabetes.  Classes are conducted by a certified Diabetes Lifestyle Coach and met weekly in 16 week cohorts for up to one year. Participants must commit to at least 16 sessions. Get more info here

Group Education Sessions: Self-CareThese learning sessions are conducted using various stress reduction techniques  for improved wellbeing. Classes include demonstrations on how to practice  various forms of self-care including mindfulness, yoga, prayer/meditation, touch therapy, integrating relevant aspects of evidence based curriculums.
